Andrew Cabot, the CEO of Privateer Rum, is legally connected to Kristin Cabot after a Coldplay video went viral.
Kristin Cabot, the Head of Human Resources at Astronomer—who was seen with CEO Andy Byron in a now-viral "kiss cam" video from a Coldplay concert—appears to be married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Massachusetts-based Privateer Rum, according to property records and company listings.
Public records obtained by the *New York Post* show that Kristin and Andrew Cabot share the same address in Rye, New Hampshire, and are co-owners of a \$2.2 million New England-style coastal home, which they purchased in February 2025.
Her LinkedIn page also says that Kristin was a "Advisory Board Member" for Privateer Rum in early September 2020. That profile has since been removed, and she is no longer listed in any leadership role on the company’s official website.
Massachusetts court records also show that Kristin, who is 52 years old, was married to Kenneth Thornby before. Reportedly, they separated in 2018 and finalized their divorce in 2022.
These revelations add new context to the Coldplay concert controversy, where the kiss cam footage of Cabot and Byron sparked public speculation, an internal investigation, and ultimately led to both executives being placed on administrative leave.
Although neither Cabot nor Byron has issued a public statement, the growing online reaction has intensified questions about workplace boundaries and Cabot’s personal relationships.
